VENUE RENTAL
Chart House venue rental is from 8am -Midnight and includes access to the ballroom, private changing area, private event deck with inside/outside bar, and the lakeside garden. It does not include the main patio area.
Tables, chairs, ceiling draping and table linens are also included.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Inhouse food and beverage only, with the exception desserts which can be from a commercial, licensed bakery or store (grandma's kitchen and cottage food licenses are not acceptable)
PACKAGES
Your package starts with venue rental, food/beverage, security and DJ service, which we will take care of booking for you! After that, your package is completely customizable based on what services you are interested in booking through us.
