VENUE RENTAL:

Minimum venue rental time: 4 hours with the option to add more (includes set-up and tear down time)

Inclusions: Tables, chairs, linens, ceiling draping, private event bar, private deck and private restrooms

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Inhouse food and beverage only, with the exception desserts which can be from a commercial, licensed bakery or store (grandma's kitchen and cottage food licenses are not acceptable)

AVAILABLE AMENITIES

60" Round tables for seating up to 8 per table and 4 person Square tables

Separate rectangle player harvest table (if requested)

3 Large TVs available for projection of presentations and slide shows

2 Hand Held Microphones available

Seating up to 250 guests
