Online vs In Person?

Due to technology limitations we have two kinds of gift cards: digital, good for online orders, and physical, good for in person dining.

Yes, it is an annoying (first world problem) that digital gift cards cannot be used in person, and physical cards cannot be used for online orders. However, the website and the restaurant are powered by different computer systems that do not work together.  

If you want a gift card to be used for dining in, then please either come in, or order a physical card to be mailed to you for $5 more.

Landry's is a large national chain of restaurants which include a lot of Chart House restaurants, as well as many other brands, such as Bubba Gump's and McCormick & Schmick's. Brianno's Chart House is not a part of Landry's. Landry's gift cards do not work here, and our gift cards do not work there.
